Tur-duc-hen!

Last Sunday I baked a Tur-duc-hen. It was already seasoned and all I had to do was warm it up. That took five hours and it was hot as hell that day so that made it even more "fun", but oh well it was worth it. I recommend anyone to at least try it. It was expensive...I don't even want to say the price, because I still can't get over that I forked that much. Anyway it was good, but it wasn't as good as Chicken wing!!!!(sorry, inside joke, and sorry about the multiple exclamation points, I personally think using more than one is pretentious, but I think in this case it was appropriate.
